Whatsapp

2. Bila nak minta pengesahan (tanya dengan cadangan jawapan)

"Puan, saya dah cuba buat ikut step yang sebelum ni. Cuma nak confirm, lepas A ni saya perlu proceed dengan B ke? Saya rasa betul, tapi nak double check dulu 😊"

3. Bila nak explain yang kita masih belajar

"Saya masih tengah biasakan diri dengan flow kerja ni Puan. Terima kasih sebab guide ya. Saya akan terus cuba improve dari hari ke hari 🙏"

4. Bila rasa macam terlambat tangkap atau tak pasti

"Maaf Puan kalau saya lambat catch up sikit. Saya masih belajar dan sangat hargai tunjuk ajar Puan. Saya cuba sebaik mungkin untuk cepat catch up ya 🙇‍♀️"

Staying Calm during Difficult Times

Staying calm during life's "storms"—difficult times, emotional turmoil, or crises—is a central theme in the Qur'an. The Qur'an offers spiritual, emotional, and practical guidance on how to remain steadfast and calm during adversity. Here are key principles drawn directly from the Qur'an:

1. Tawakkul (Trust in Allah)

Key verse:

"And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him."
(Surah At-Talaq 65:3)

Meaning:
Place your trust in Allah's plan. Know that He is in control, even when life feels chaotic.

2. Patience (Sabr)

Key verse:

"O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient."
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:153)

Meaning:
Patience is not passive—it's a calm, active state of perseverance. Remain composed and hold on with dignity during hardship.

3. Remembrance of Allah (Dhikr)

Key verse:

"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest."
(Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:28)

Meaning:
Dhikr (saying phrases like SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar) brings peace to the heart, especially in times of anxiety or fear.

4. Prayer (Salah & Du'a)

Key verse:

"And seek help through patience and prayer..."
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:45)

Meaning:
Turn to prayer regularly. It's a means of unburdening yourself before the One who understands your pain.

5. Belief that Tests are Temporary and Purifying

Key verse:

"Do you think you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you?...until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, 'When is the help of Allah?' Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near."
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:214)

Meaning:
Trials are part of life and are a test of faith. They also cleanse you of sins and bring you closer to Allah.

6. Looking at the Bigger Picture

Key verse:

"But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. Allah knows, while you know not."
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:216)

Meaning:
You may not understand the wisdom behind your suffering now, but trust that Allah sees the full picture.

7. Stories of the Prophets

Reflecting on the lives of Prophets—like Nuh (Noah), Yusuf (Joseph), Ayub (Job), and Musa (Moses)—shows us how immense patience, trust, and reliance on Allah helped them weather their storms.

"So be patient. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth."
(Surah Ar-Rum 30:60)
