Martyrs (Shuhada)
In Islam, the belief about whether martyrs (shuhada) enter Paradise immediately or wait until the Day of Judgment (Qiyamah) depends on interpretations of Islamic texts and teachings.
Key Points:
Immediate Entry of Martyrs:
- Many Islamic scholars believe that martyrs' souls are granted a special status and enter Paradise immediately after their death, based on the following hadith (saying of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him):
“The souls of the martyrs are in the bodies of green birds, which have lamps hanging from the Throne (of Allah). They wander about in Paradise wherever they wish, then return to these lamps.”
(Sahih Muslim, 1887) - This suggests that while the soul experiences Paradise, the full physical resurrection and final judgment still occur on the Day of Judgment.
- Many Islamic scholars believe that martyrs' souls are granted a special status and enter Paradise immediately after their death, based on the following hadith (saying of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him):
Day of Judgment for All:
- The Quran states that ultimate judgment for everyone, including martyrs, happens on the Day of Judgment. For example:
“Every soul will taste death, and you will be paid your dues on the Day of Resurrection. So whoever is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained success.”
(Quran 3:185) - This verse emphasizes that final rewards and punishments are issued after resurrection and judgment.
- The Quran states that ultimate judgment for everyone, including martyrs, happens on the Day of Judgment. For example:
Special Status of Martyrs:
- The Quran and hadith repeatedly affirm that martyrs are alive in a spiritual sense and honored by Allah:
"Do not think of those who are killed in the way of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision."
(Quran 3:169)
- The Quran and hadith repeatedly affirm that martyrs are alive in a spiritual sense and honored by Allah:
Reconciliation of Views:
- The majority opinion is that martyrs' souls are granted immediate access to the blessings of Paradise in a spiritual form. However, their complete and eternal enjoyment of Paradise with body and soul happens after Qiyamah, like everyone else.
Thus, martyrs enjoy a unique status, being spiritually alive and in Paradise, while awaiting the final resurrection and judgment.

1. Set Clear Goals
- Prioritize Tasks: Break your work into smaller, actionable goals and prioritize based on importance and deadlines.
- Use a To-Do List: Write down your tasks for the day and tick them off as you complete them for a sense of accomplishment.
2. Manage Your Time Effectively
- Use the Pomodoro Technique: Work for 25-30 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. Repeat this cycle and take a longer break after 4 sessions.
- Schedule Your Work: Block specific times for focused work and stick to the schedule.
3. Create a Distraction-Free Environment
- Minimize Digital Distractions: Turn off non-essential notifications on your phone and computer. Use apps like Focus@Will or Freedom to block distracting websites.
- Organize Your Workspace: Keep your desk tidy and only have items relevant to your work.
4. Manage Your Energy Levels
- Work During Peak Hours: Identify when you are most alert and focused (e.g., morning, afternoon) and plan demanding tasks during those times.
- Take Regular Breaks: Short breaks can help prevent burnout and maintain focus over longer periods.
5. Build Mental Focus
- Practice Mindfulness: Spend a few minutes meditating or doing breathing exercises before starting your work to calm your mind.
- Single-Task: Focus on one task at a time instead of multitasking, which can reduce efficiency.
6. Leverage Tools and Techniques
- Use Productivity Tools: Tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion can help you track progress and stay organized.
- Time Tracking Apps: Tools like Toggl or Clockify can help monitor how you spend your time and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay Motivated
- Visualize Success: Remind yourself why the work matters and how completing it contributes to your goals.
- Reward Yourself: Treat yourself after completing significant tasks to maintain motivation.
8. Manage External Distractions
- Set Boundaries: Let colleagues, family, or roommates know when you need uninterrupted work time.
- Noise Control: Use noise-canceling headphones or listen to instrumental music to drown out background noise.
9. Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle
- Eat Well: A nutritious diet fuels your brain and improves concentration.
- Exercise Regularly: Physical activity boosts energy levels and enhances focus.

Staying positive and resilient during tough times is essential for maintaining mental and emotional well-being. Here are some strategies to help you navigate challenges effectively:
1. Shift Your Perspective
- Focus on What You Can Control: Identify aspects of the situation you can influence and work on those. Let go of what’s beyond your control.
- Reframe Challenges as Opportunities: Look at obstacles as chances to grow, learn, or strengthen your skills.
2. Practice Gratitude
- Keep a gratitude journal: Write down three things you’re thankful for each day, no matter how small.
- Reflect on positive aspects of your life to remind yourself that difficulties are temporary.
3. Build a Support System
- Share your thoughts with trusted friends or family members to lighten the emotional load.
- Don’t hesitate to seek professional help if needed; therapists and counselors can provide valuable guidance.

- Exercise regularly: Physical activity boosts endorphins, which improve mood and reduce stress.
- Eat healthily: A balanced diet can stabilize your energy levels and mood.
- Sleep well: Adequate rest is crucial for mental clarity and resilience.

Ujian Penghapus Dosa
(HR Tirmizi No: 2323)
Hadis Hasan Sahih.
Pengajaran:

Doa sebelum tidur
Allah bersamaku..
Allah melihatku..
Allah menyaksikanku..
Kemudian baca Al-Fatihah
Namanya Sahl bin ‘Abdullah rahimahullah.
~

During my treatment visits, I feel HEAVILY PRESSURED to purchase additional packages/products, even though I have not yet completed my current package. The intensity of the push to buy is EXCESSIVE!! ITS TOO MUCH!!!!
The prices are already VERY HIGH. It’s difficult to think clearly and make decisions when I am made to FEEL GUILTY for NOT PURCHASING their packages/products on the spot.
I am disappointed by the overwhelming focus on pushing their financial transactions, rather than addressing my personal concerns. It became clear that they are more interested in SWIPING MY CREDIT CARD than understanding my financial situations. I found this approach is INSENSITIVE.
In my recent visit, I just paid RM3,600 even I had not yet completed my current package. To make it worse, I was asked to make another payment WITHIN MINUTES of this charge, which felt excessive and extremely pressuring.
This CONSTANT PRESSURE makes the experience VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for me as a customer.
I enjoy the treatment, but the constant sales pressure is affecting my OVERALL EXPERIENCE NEGATIVELY.

Jangan Saling Memusuhi
Status: Hadis Sahih
Pengajaran:
1.Umat Islam dilarang saling membenci sesama mereka.
Binalah ukhuwah melalui sifat saling berkasih sayang.
