Psyllium husk

The best time to drink water with psyllium husk depends on your goal:

  • For digestion & regularity: Take it 30 minutes before meals with plenty of water. This helps with satiety and promotes bowel movements.
  • For weight management: Drink it before meals to help you feel full and reduce food intake.
  • For cholesterol & blood sugar control: Take it with meals to slow digestion and regulate absorption.
  • For constipation relief: Drink it in the morning or before bed with enough water to aid bowel movements.

Make sure to drink at least a full glass of water (250-300ml) per teaspoon of psyllium husk to prevent choking or blockages.
